Executive Chef: Stephen Perkins
Stephen Perkins grew up in Trenton, NJ, finding his culinary passion in family gatherings. Inspired by chefs like Hans Schadler, he pursued formal training at the Culinary Institute of America and Virginia, honing his craft. Starting at The Williamsburg Inn, he rose through roles like Chef Garde Manger and Poissonnier. Known for his integrity, Stephen values using local ingredients and mentors his team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence where his passion for culinary arts shines daily.
Chef de Cuisine: Erin Pullman
Chef Erin Pullman’s culinary journey began in a food-loving family and spanned multiple countries, from the U.S. to Scotland. Erin discovered her passion for cooking while preparing meals for her family, leading her to pursue a degree in Culinary Arts. Apprenticing under Swiss pastry chef Alfred Hiltbrunner, she mastered traditional techniques. Now at Christiana Campbell’s Tavern, Erin champions local, seasonal ingredients and fosters a collaborative kitchen culture with a focus on learning and creativity.
